I'm Emma — an East End Yogi supporting those living busy lives to reconnect with their mind and discover the magic of calm.
I'm a 200hr Hatha Yoga Teacher, a Certified Cold Water Therapy Coach, and a Gong & Sound Practitioner.
My classes are held at St Bridget's Church Hall in Baillieston.

Trained sound healer working with gongs, crystal singing bowls and Himalayan instruments for deep restoration.
