What is it?

Being bathed in sound

A gong bath is a form of sound therapy where you lie down comfortably on a mat while Emma plays large gongs and crystal singing bowls around the room. The word "bath" refers to being completely immersed in wave upon wave of sound — not water!

The sounds are rich, complex and layered — so much so that your brain simply cannot analyse them. This is exactly the point. The mind quietens, chatter stops, and you drop into a deep state of relaxation that's hard to reach any other way.

Many people report feeling profoundly rested, emotionally lighter and sleeping deeply afterwards. Some experience visual effects or emotional releases. Others simply drift off. Every experience is valid — and different every time.
