About Emma
Hi, I’m Emma, a proud East End lass dedicated to making yoga and wellness feel welcoming and accessible for our community. I know firsthand how fast-paced and relentless life here can be, and how easy it is to feel overwhelmed by the noise. That’s why I’m passionate about offering a safe space where everyone has the opportunity to step away and reconnect with a healthy mind and body. We are all facing into something and its all valid. Whatever brought you here — stress, curiosity, a recommendation from a friend, or just something telling you it's time to do something for yourself — you are in the right place.
Weekly classes are currently held in Baillieston and Uddingston. Wellness events are held througout the year across Glasgow and Scotland. Take a look around and reach out if you would like to know more - my inbox is always open. Keep the Heid ♥
Weekly Classes
Start your Monday by acknowledging your breath, exploring stretches and moving intentionally to release stagnant tension. Expect to leave feeling lighter and refreshed, The perfect way to start your week.
Monday · 10:00am
This class is dedicated to bringing you a space to receive deep rest and time to restore your energy to face to the week ahead! Together we will explore restful yoga postures, supported by props allowing you time to benefit from each pose and a chance to breathe. Be guided into deep relaxation, using the safe space on your mat to lay down, get cosy and absorb a guided Yoga Nidra or Sound including Crystal Bowls and Koshi Chimes. (Varies week on week) Finally, enjoy a soothing cuppa before heading home for what's bound to be a peaceful nights sleep.
Monday & Tuesday · 7:00pm
This class uses a slower pace to flow through foundational yoga postures, breath awareness and focuses on body alignment. Exploring a combination of seated, kneeling and standing postures, designed to support improved mobility and confidence in your practice. This class is perfect if you are new to yoga or enjoy a gentle pace practice!
Thursday · 6:00pm
Join me for a dynamic, breath-led practice designed to build strength, balance and flexibility. This class is perfect if you are looking to challenge your ability and explore creative sequences at pace. End your yoga session by taking the safe space of your mat to breathe intentionally.

"Treat yourself to Emma’s yoga classes each one brings a welcoming, calm 🥰 she has such a lovely way with her and creates a positive atmosphere & explains everything so you have a better understanding, her classes will 💯 help improve your flexibility, strength & stress levels even just that wee hour gives you time to breath 🤗 Every session is planned, explained & you will progress through your own practice at your own pace, nothing ever forced, each one brings something different I especially like Rest & Restore on a Monday & Tuesday sets me up for the beginning of the week (in the winter her heated eye mask at Shavasana are a game changer lol ) then a Thursday Strength & Balance which helps my sciatica from reoccurring back & hip pain that flares up, & the ever evolving menopause issues if your a lady of a certain age 🫣 , lovely classes which have been an absolute god send since March 2024 for me that attracts a lovely bunch of people 🧘🙏"
