Whether you've never rolled out a mat before or you've been practising for years, there's a class here for you. Emma's teaching style is inviting, clear and encouraging. The intention is to move your body consciously with your breath allowing you to leave feeling lighter as tension dissolves.
Whatever your body and mind needs, there is a range of classes to choose from. From rest and relaxation practices to support better sleep, morning stretch classes to release tension held in the body and evening sequences designed to support improved mobility and strength. Yoga means βto uniteβ, this physical practice linking breath and movement reconnects your body and mind, generating self-awareness and a quieter, calm mind.
Weekly classes are currently held in Bridget's Church Hall, Baillieston and Flow Yoga & Wellness Studio, Uddingston.

Start your Monday by acknowledging your breath, exploring stretches and moving intentionally to release stagnant tension. Expect to leave feeling lighter and refreshed, The perfect way to start your week.
These sessions are dedicated to creating space for you to explore deep rest, gentle movement, and re-charge your energy for the week ahead. Experience restful yoga postures, supported by props, allowing time in each pose for deep breaths to release stored tension. Enjoy fluid movements inspired by Qi Gong, encouraging a deeper connection to your body and a calmer mind. Then, be guided into relaxation, using the safe space of your mat to get cosy and absorb the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and chimes. Finally, enjoy a freshly brewed cuppa before heading home for what's bound to be a peaceful sleep.
This class uses a slower pace to flow through foundational yoga postures, breath awareness and focuses on body alignment. Exploring a combination of seated, kneeling and standing postures, designed to support improved mobility and confidence in your practice. This class is perfect if you are new to yoga or enjoy a gentle pace practice!
This evolving practice is perfect for those looking to deepen their yoga journey and explore beyond the foundations. Each month focusing on a different theme, exploring elements such as anatomy, alignment, movement patterns, transitions, and the deeper layers of yoga practice. A dynamic, breath-led practice designed to build strength, balance and flexibility.
